15. Become full fledged vegan

So it's day three and I can say I am trying my best with this one. I know it's a process but I have crossed it off - it's a commitment, really. I did my research and bought a slew of veggies, tofu, beans, and protein rich foods that do not have meat. The dairy thing is going to be hard, but if you look well enough in the grocery store there are really so many alternatives. I'm excited to have a healthier diet. Christmas will be the real test - resisting mom's cheesecake and my inevitable desire for traditional Newfoundland salt beef...I will try not to cheat. Either way, doing our best is all we can do. And tomorrow I know I can look forward to not feeling  like dirt after eating a burger and have much more energy to work on my other goals. Good luck on yours!
